The Seattle PD and other police agencys serve and protect them selves. hide the the bad apples in the ranks. they get away with it because we the people allow it. we read the news on line and text back and forth on our cell phone drink our starbucks and go to work for the MAN. “Every thing is under control folks” go about your busness”. “We made a little Mistake”. In my opininion that pig killed a part of me, part of the real Art community far away from the gallerys of the MAN. Lithium is used for batteries, specialty glass, lubricants, pharmaceuticals and lithium alloys. Lithium ion (Li-ion) batteries have become the rechargeable battery of choice in cell phones, computers, hybrid-electric cars and electric cars. Demand for lithium carbonate is expected to increase four-fold over the next decade as production of lithium-ion battery-powered hybrid-electric and electric cars rises. GM, Ford, Toyota, Dodge, Chrysler, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Tesla, Saturn and Mercedes-Benz have all announced plans to build Li-ion battery-powered cars and the demand for such vehicles is currently expected to increase five-fold by 2012. Hey this is good news I think; we should receive some kind of stimulus; turn in your old car, get a new electric car and start eliminating our oil addiction. WAIT! Where does lithium come from? Out of the ground just like oil, there is trillions of dollars worth in Afghanistan; the Pentagon says so:

Better look this over good before we jump. Can lithium-ion batteries be recycled? How are lithium-ion batteries to be disposed of? How long are lithium batteries going to last? How many miles? Is there another path we can take to get off oil as soon as possible? Which path is the most ecologically sound? No, we will put profit ahead of all. All but the profiteers: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/06/20/japan-has-priority-on-rig_n_618545.html

The  words ” troops”, “surge” That’s Bull Shit we are putting thirty thousand more young men and women not Troops in harm’s way for what President Obama calls a “just war”.  The new boss just like the old boss”…

TIME TO HIT THE STREETS,  DARE TO STRUGGLE DARE TO WIN

…Or is the President being cagey; depending on protests to push a pull out?,  the time is right for marching in the streets  if we want to stop the war
